The reason Camco doesn't recommend using their vinyl trim like # CAM25113 for around openings is because it can expand/contract according to the ambient temperature which can cause leaks if it hasn't been cut long enough. They don't offer anything that's specific for use around windows or openings, but the folks at JR Products tell us that their # 37211245 Premium 3/4 inch RV Vinyl Trim Insert is perfectly acceptable for use around openings like your entry door. view full answer...
